I. Instrument Overview
Traditional crack detection methods cannot meet the needs of the rapid development of roads due to the problems of unsafe personnel, low efficiency, inaccurate results, and affecting traffic. The FTLF series long-distance crack observation system uses high-precision optical system and industrial CCD imaging technology. Through ultra-long-distance non-contact image acquisition, the background subset is directly extracted from the original image, and the fracture background image is obtained by interpolation technology. According to the additive model The background image is subtracted from the original image to obtain a corrected result. After grayscale correction, the disease image is subjected to binary processing to extract the disease information.
FTLF-6 long-distance crack observation system adopts high-precision optical imaging system and high-level industrial CCD lens, which has realized long-distance non-contact crack detection. It has accurate angle and distance detection that conventional non-contact crack detection can not achieve. Really achieve self-calibration and comprehensive detection at any angle.
It can be widely used for long-distance quantitative detection of crack widths in bridges, tunnels, buildings, concrete pavements, metal surfaces, etc.
