I. Instrument Overview

The FTLF-4 long-distance crack observation system uses high-precision optical systems and industrial CCD imaging technology. Through a 50-meter ultra-long-distance non-contact image acquisition, the background subset is directly extracted from the original image, and the fracture background image is obtained by interpolation technology The background image is subtracted from the original image according to the additive model to obtain a corrected result. After grayscale correction, the disease image is subjected to binary processing to extract the disease information.
The FTLF-4 long-distance crack observation system uses a high-precision optical imaging system and a high-level industrial CCD lens to truly achieve long-distance non-contact crack detection. It has accurate angles and distances that conventional non-contact crack detection cannot achieve. Detection, truly self-calibration and all-round detection at any angle.
It can be widely used for long-distance quantitative detection of crack widths in bridges, tunnels, buildings, concrete pavements, metal surfaces, etc.
