The deflection settlement test sensor itself is fixed on the structure to be tested. An industrial ccd is installed inside the tester. A thin steel wire of Ф0.3 ～ 0.6㎜ is used to pass through the tester. At the same time, the two ends of the steel wire are pulled with constant force and fixed to the outside of the test body. On a displaceable stationary object, adjust the clearance so that the wire passes through without touching the tester. The steel wire is used as a static reference, and the internal displacement of the deflection tester is used to collect changes in the relative displacement of the steel wire and the tester, thereby measuring the deflection value of the structure under test.
The steel wire and deflection test sensor uses ccd non-contact measurement of static steel wire, which reduces the error of the wire position change instrument caused by contact friction and other transmission mechanisms, and the accuracy is far greater than similar products.
Widely used in the measurement of uneven (vertical), inclined or horizontal measurement of various large-scale engineering rocks and structures (such as bridges, subgrades, foundations, dams, foundation piles) and other measuring points; it can also be used for static foundation piles.
